East-West Philosophies Confucianism and Christianity
East Confucianism and West Christianity are the wealth of the world. I was fortunate to contact them. Following is a summary of their ideas. Educationally, two philosophies are quite similar. Confucianism teaches people to have benevolence and honesty, just as Christianity has, but Confucianism doesn’t believe in God. In ancient times, people’s attitudes two philosophies are similar, but now Confucianism is not nearly as support as Christianity. There are three differences between East-West philosophies. The first difference is that Confucianism doesn’t believe in God, Christianity believes God. But now so many Chinese people don’t know Confucianism doesn’t believe God, this is sad. Second, Confucianism worships ancestors and sages, but ancestors and sages are not god. In Confucianism opinion sacrificial rites is same as courtesy. Third, Confucianism has born 500 B.C. Christianity is not nearly as long time as Confucianism.
